How to inlcude static text in the email notification?

    We're looking at purchasing your application but before we do so I have a question.

    When the form is completed and emailed to the client, is it possible to show the text for our client consent agreements for what they're actually agreeing to? The email and also while reviewing the forms only shows the initials. Please see attached screenshot, I can provide more if necessary. The agreement (Text Box) shows in the form when being filed out but not in an email or when viewing the actually submission from the client.

    Static text cannot be included in the email unless it's manually added. I would recommend you to instead use the following widget since this allows to include the text in the submission email:

    Once the widget's been added to your form you may change the settings under the wizard so it includes the text:
