    The link I received to verify my email address isn't clickable. Can you  help?

    I found only a guest account under your e-mail address. Are you trying to register a new account?

    I checked our logs. We did not send any e-mails to this e-mail address.

    If you have another account, please provide the username or the e-mail address of the account.
