Trying to create a booking form with many behind the scenes calculations.

Hi there I am trying to create a form for a travel booking site and am struggling to get the calculations working properly as there are quite a few variables that need added behind the scenes for pricing. Just need a little help to figure out how to have it figure out the totals.
