Hi
It's an insurance quote, we got thousands of breeds we covering that have to be matched with age, sex, and breed.
We've got prices on an excel sheet for these variables, can we get it close using jotform because we'd like to integrate jot form with software like salesforce or Zoho to build profiles.
The challenge that we see is how to build a logic form that processes the above variables with a matching price?

You may try creating the form in the Cards layout:
This layout has the option to add an Image Choice field:
