Collect money through survey

I'm in the process of trying to collect some survey money that I have done and it's hard to get my money and I don't really understand it thank you

To collect payments, you can use any of our payment tools like Paypal Checkout, Paypal (Standard), Stripe, Square and etc. There are a lot more payment gateways that you can find in the form builder under the Payments tab. Example:
