I just received an email saying I had reached my limit...but I have nowhere near 100 submissions. Can you tell me why?

Probably because you have received the notification after your submissions counter reseted to zero since it resets every first day of the month (e.g. last day, April 01, 2013). You can ignore that message. I can see from here that you're not near your limits.
