Hi, the application responses hold information from applicants I would like to keep confidential so that I can only access it when I log in to the jotform website. At the moment I am receiving emails with updates when applicants submit their responses, with the emails showing their application responses. As our email address is an organisation email, there are other people who have access to our email account who are able to see these application emails and confidential information which I would not like to happen. Thanks!

Yes. You may delete the email notifications from the form settings.

If you want to receive the email notifications to a different email recipient, you may also change it from the email notification settings. Please see the guide below:
