    I just signed up for your $9.95 per month "Premium Service" using my credit card.
     
    My account is still showing that it is a "Free" account and I do not have access to the
    "Premium" features I purchased.
     
    I didn't pay for the "Premium Service" so I could not have access to it.
     
    Please enable my "Premium Service" or I will cancel this account and go with another
    online form provider.
     
    I shouldn't have to wait to use the service I just purchased. We're online. This isn't
    mail order.

    Hello Bill,

    I checked your account and found out that you are already activated for premium service.

    wilbur Account: PREMIUM Status: ACTIVE

     

    Basically, there is not really a difference with the functions of the Form Builder in a free account and a Premium/Professional one. The difference lies within the numbers. The advantages of a Premium account over a free one are the following:

     

    More available disk space

    Higher monthly regular and secure submissions limit

    Higher payment submissions limit
