We sent a check to BlueSnap on the 11th - have your recieved it yet? We need to start creating forms very soon

We have not yet received the payment from BlueSnap. As requested before by colleague, Could you please provide us with the Email Address that was used for this order (same email where the BlueSnap invoice was delivered)?
