Hello I am trying to upgrade my account to include Hippa compliance, however I cannot because it requests a password change, I don't use a password to login to Jotforms, I use my google account which is seperate. Please upgrade my account to Hippa Compliance.

Kindly try creating a password for your JotForm account by using the forget password.
Guide:-How-to-reset-the-password
A password reset instruction would be sent to your email address.
Once you have created a password, you may apply/upgrade to HIPAA compliance.
