Why am i not recieving the jpg images?

I'm getting an error downloading the images my registrants are uploading.

Also, how can I get a log of everyone that has registered?

Hi Pedro,

Make sure you are logged in to your account when attempting to view the images. Your post came from a Guest account so it might just be you weren't logged in. You can also check from the submission page for your form and see if the files can be downloaded from there: How-to-View-Form-Submissions

You will also be able to view all everyone that has requestered via your submissions page as well. You can export all the submission information as well.  Please view this helpful guide:How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

I did see your last form ID: 92547050458157 under username: Ayala_Pedro is this account? If you are trying to view the uploaded images via the email and getting an error this is because i checked your account settings and see the privacy setting of " Require login to view uploaded files is checked". You would need to uncheck this setting to view uploaded files via your email notifications.
