Dear support team,
I createted a form /speakers agreement. I send the link as a test, clicked on the link, filled out the form. But when I received the signed agreement in the inbox, a big part of the text was missing (that is in the agreement).
also, I did not wanted to make the form public, but since I am new to the program I think did it - can you please tell me how to change it?
Thank you,
Sabine

Hi Sabine,
Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome to JotForm!
I checked your form and I can see that the agreement is using the Text field. Unfortunately, TEXT fields, Headers and Images or any non-input fields are not included in your email templates by default and that's why it's not showing on your Inbox or in the email notification. To include it in the email template you can manually copy and paste the whole text for the agreement.
Here's a guide on how to edit your email template: How to Edit the Email Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders
Or you can attach a PDF file of the agreement on your email notification. Here's a detailed guide: How To Include Submissions As PDF Attachment In The Email Notifications
Also, if you want these fields to be included in the submission page please follow this guide: How to Show Headers and Text in the PDF
I hope this helps and let us know if you need further assistance.

thank you.
What about my second question: I do not want my form to be public. Did you change that?
Many blessings

Hello again,
Apologies, I forgot to address your second question. If your form is not embedded on a website, published or shared to any users your form will not be accessible to anybody. You can preview the form in the form builder without publishing it.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

AssistentSabineReplied on October 30, 2019 at 1:50 PMHello KrisLei,
thank you very much. I could make the changes successfully.
2 more questions came up:
How come that when speakers fill out the agreement, they do not get a copy? How can I change it that they do automatically receive a copy?
And second: How come that in the version I receive (if a speaker filled in the form) most of the text (my text, the paragarphs ) are missing?
And I also do not see the signature?
Can I only access that in Jotform somewhere?
Thank you,
Many blessings
Solara

Hello,
1. How come that when speakers fill out the agreement, they do not get a copy? How can I change it that they do automatically receive a copy?
For your users to receive a copy of their submissions you need to set up an Auto-responder Email notification: Setting up an Autoresponder Email
2. How come that in the version I receive (if a speaker filled in the form) most of the text (my text, the paragarphs ) are missing?
You can modify the email template for your preferred format: How to Edit the Email Template for Notifications-and-Autoresponders
3.And I also do not see the signature?
Kindly try to disable the "Require to login to see submissions" on your account's settings page to view the signature on email notifications.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
