We received an email saying we should update our billing details

    Hi- We received an email with the below message. But I looked up our account and it says out account is free??? So this message doesn't make sense. Can you advise asap? Thanks Kelly

    To keep your account active please pay now or log in to your account and update your billing details within the next 3 days otherwıse your subscription will be cancelled.

    Our apologies for the confusion.

    You are subscribed to our Bronze Monthly plan since June 7, 2017. Your plan renewal takes place every 8th of the month. We tried to charge your card on file on the same date this month. However, it failed for some reason. That's the email you receive from us stating to correct your card or update your card on file.

    Since you failed to do this within 7 days, our system has downgraded your account to the free plan. If you want to continue, you can pay through the link that is given in the email or head over to our pricing/billing page to re-upgrade.

    Okay, so that has messed up our account and form that was in process. If we were to delete the entire form/event sign up we had in process, what would happen to the emails that were sent out (per the conditions) to those who already registered for our event/registered on the form? And if we delete the form, would no more reminder emails, etc. be sent out?

    So far, you still have your entire data in the account. You only have 74 submissions this month. The free plan can receive up to 100 submissions. With this number, I think you're good. Otherwise, the upgrade is recommended.

    If you keep the form, the background and pending emails are still set to get sent. This is for the reminder emails - conditional logic or not. 

    Yes, if you will delete the form, all pending emails will be stopped.
