Display hidden questions in email submission

I have a form that I need to hand write some info on after I receive the email. Currently I receive the form filled out by the client. I then print the email and hand write the new Acct #, Deposit Amount, etc. that I get from my client.

Is it possible for me to add these sections, (Acct #, Deposit Amount) to the form and when it submits to me they are left blank in the email form - I then hand write the info in once I print the email out.

I found how to hide sections but when i do that the questions in those sections are not included in the email submission.

    Thank you,

    Brett

If the fields you are referring to are included but hidden on the form, you can uncheck the "Hide Empty Fields" option under the Advanced tab of the Email Notification settings to meet your requirements.
