I'm looking to create the opposite of an invoice.

I have a lot of actors and writers who work for me and instead of receiving lots of invoices I wanted to create a form for them to fill in with their bank details so I can then approve for payment.

    Is this possible?

Although I'm not sure how the process of your transactions works yet, I understand that you are looking to send payments to your actors and writers at a later time upon approval.

If you are looking to collect bank details, but not credit card details, that would be possible with JotForm. You may collect sensitive information as such, but you are required to use the best security practices of JotForm. We recommend that you include a Signature widget and Terms&Conditions widget in the form that you will be creating. This will serve as proof that your respondents (actors and writers) agreed to have their bank details collected.
