Where does my form submission go?

I filled the form as a test but did not receive it on my email box. Where did it go?

Thank you for the response. I still don’t understand how can I get notified of my encrypted submissions. The other question is: can I forward the notifications to 2 different email addresses?

Hi Maria,

Please note that some features are not available for Encrypted Forms such as:

1. PDF Downloads.

2. Reports (this includes downloading Excel and CSV files from within the Submissions Page).

3. Emails: Email Notifications and Autoresponder (usually emailed to the form submitters).

If the form is encrypted, you can still receive an email notification. But instead of seeing the actual submission data, you will receive an email stating that YOU RECEIVED AN ENCRYPTED RESPONSE. It looks like this: 

However, if you mean you are not receiving an email notification when a submission comes in, I can see that they are being sent to the email associated with your account" m****9@gmail.com. Could you please provide a link to the form in question so we could check?

You can set up a notification email in your form and you will receive the submission email in your email address. If your form is encrypted, then you will receive an email with an encrypted message as shown by my colleague above. Then you would need to enter your private key to view the submissions in the email.
