How do I setup a dinner Form?

If you want to count the total headcount then you need to extract the report in Excel sheet and then filter reports.

I need 2 things:

1. the total headcount to remain at the number of people needing seats/food.  I will extract and count that separate.

2. the question and issue at hand is how to adjust the pricing so that people know what to submit either in form of a check or quick pay.  the calculation now is # of attendees * $30.  What is needs to be is # of attendees * $30 LESS the people that qualify for FREE, the athletes, team manager and board members.

How do I adjust for the total amount due BUT not modify the headcount.

within the form only, as people fill it in, they will input the total
headcount, then there will be a calculated dollar amount due.
The dollar amount due needs to be adjusted for the headcount that qualifies
for a free meal. that is the cheerleader a team manager or mp board
member.
I will extract the data separately to tally the totals.

I did check your form and found that you have already added "Form Calculation" widget to calculate the total amount due. This is calculating with formula as (RSPV count * 30).

We can help you achieve your requirement but would like some additional information from you. When you say "qualify for FREE, the athletes, team manager and board members." how do we know the number of people and the count who qualify for free. You do have a field "Are you a Team Manager or on the MP Cheer Board?", if yes is selected you want to less $30 from the total calculation? How do we found the numbers for athletes & board members?
