How to allow user to edit form and pay balance due?

I have a situation where a user submitted their booking information and I did not complete the form correctly and therefore the total amount due was not correct.  The user paid for the amount that was being told, but I need to have them go back in and pay the correct amount due. How can I edit the form to allow user to go back in and pay the correct payment amount due?

Unfortunately, you cannot edit a payment portion in a Form to make the payment of a certain amount later.

What you can do is enable payment authorization so that you can charge the user later.
