Do you want to name the transaction entry on your Square account so that you can identify from which form/ OR from which source a payment was made? i.e. maybe the form ID?
Am I correct?
As far as I can see, when a form is integrated with Square and a payment made, you can see the payment details on your Square account, but I am not sure if they show the form ID. It does, however, show that that payment was made via JotForm.
If you want such a feature enabled, we could pass this on to our backend team for implementation. So please review and confirm what field you want to show on Square to identify the payment? Which name are you referring to? Would the form ID suffice on the Square dashboard to identify from where the payment was made?

Yes when I pull up my records on Square it does not identify what form its coming from of the title on the form which makes it hard for me to keep track of my records. Once the transaction is sent to square it only pops up my clients email.

I have forwarded this ticket as a feature request to our developers so they could check if this can be considered.
Though I may not able to provide an ETA when or will it be implemented, you'll be informed on this thread as soon as updates are available.
