Do I have to request you to build the image for me?

If I receive the form and add or upload an image, then submit. The form that arrives doesn't show the image only the form. What can I do?

I use widget take photo, the image is reduced sized. If I use the preview image widget, no image shows.

Do I have to request you to build the image for me? how much is the fee?

Dear Kiran,
I have found the answer. The image will be display with the form that come with email. 
As I signed up with Jotform. The notification that tells me there is a form arrives.  
In my form, I add in API of Google Map. So it shows the location
I have someone else to fill the form and submit. But why the geolocation doesn't show and it says This field is required. There are errors on the form. Please fix them before continuing.
And I can't fix it out what error?

With which form you are having this issue with?

I did check your form "Finder" where you have added "Geolocation" widget and did not find any issue with that. I was able to submit form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

I have tried to my Finder form. Using Android phone, still it doesn't work.

Hello,

As I check your form, it seems that problem is with Google API key used. It is not supported for this widget. I can suggest to check the following link form more info: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key 

Also, you may try lifting all restrictions for the API key and then check the form again.
