I can’t properly login.

    Hi.

    I created an account (Jo_St), verified my email-address but I was not able to login properly – sometimes the login seems successful, but then your site asks me to login again while editing a survey. I used to different browsers, but no success. I even managed to create an survey (https://www.jotform.com/form/92872292044359), however I can’t edit it and that one time I was logged in it didn’t appear in "my forms" – is it even attached to my account? If not, please delete it.

    Meanwhile I can't log in because the attempt limit has been reached. Does it reset?

    When I checked your account, I could find that it is active.

    I would recommend you to clear your browser cache, log in using your username and reset your password.

    After you reset the password using the reset link you receive in your email, please log in using the username and the new password.

    I could see the form in your account. Do you want us to delete the form that you have mentioned above from your account?
