Form values not received in Zapier integration

    Hi,

    I have integrated Jotform with Zapier. 

    When I connect my account and submit the form to test, the values inserted in the form are not sent.

    When I check on Zapier, I can see the form was submitted, I can see form ID, created at date as a key value pairs, but the values for the submitted visible fields like name and email are null. 

    Can you help me solve this problem?

    Please try to re-integrate your form to Zapier and make sure that all form fields are mapped to the app you are trying to integrate with Jotform.

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hello. 

    I did as you told. The integtation is WORKING. 

    I can understand this because i can see the submission, the form id, time submitted etc.

    But i cannot see email and name fields ( the fields I added to the form)

    Can you please tell us what is the app you're trying to integrate with Jotform using Zapier so we can try it on our end as well?

    Please try to run Zap manually and see if it will pull the data you're referring to:

    Also, zapier seems to be maintenance or there is a problem with their server.

    You can try contacting Zapier support as well about this issue. This may be an issue at their end.
