    Error during transaction

    The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.


    I am responsible for making sure that Jotform performs as it should for our organization.  Please assist me in finding what is wrong with this form!!  I have already changed the URL and it didn't help.  Do you have a phone?

    Hi,

    Apologies, but we do not have phone support for regular accounts. 

    From the error message you have shared, it looks like you have used incorrect credentials to add your Authorize.net account. Can you please double check that?
