wheres my forms?

Hiu, ive just logged on to jotform this morning to find that all my forms have disappeared,  double checked as I've had people saying the form doesn't send. Could you tell me what's happening please as we are a charity and non profit operation for the local community, and we use these forms for both club members and for people to get in touch. we are all volunteers and obviously not there 7/24 so this was a real boon to us, thank you
