We are having issues with one of our forms not being emailed out.

    Our Fleet Service Order Request form is not sending out email notifications when users complete the form.  The requests are logging in the Submissions but it is not being sent out.

    Thank yo for contacting us. I have checked your form, and the notification has many conditions, so it will not be sent to the recipient listed in the notification. It will be sent to the recipients listed in the conditions.

    However, the recipients are not listed correctly in the conditions. They should be separated by a comma, and they are currently separated by a semicolon:

    Please update your notifications, and let us know if you need more help. Also, if you want to receive notifications by default to a specific email address, you may create a new notification.

    I can changed the semicolons to commas.  That didn't fix the issue.  This form was working fine until 6:00AM this morning.  But it is weird because the other forms that we are using still work.  Perhaps it is a network issue on your end?

    I checked the mail logs, and could not find any failed email log. Can we try doing a real submission in your form?

    I have submitted a test entry and received the autoresponder email.

    According to the email history, the conditional email notification was emailed too:

    I received that one, but I have not received any of my internal tests.  Do you make a fix or any changes?

    It is possible that since you have changed the semicolons to commas, that already fixed the issue. However, can you please share a sample submission ID where you did not receive an email?
