Suspended account

    Hello, I am trying to log in to my account and it says my password is suspended? Can you please help?

    I see that your account has been suspended due to multiple forms collecting credit card information in your account. Please note that it is not allowed to collect credit card information on plain text fields using JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts will be automatically suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing. If you need to receive payments, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder. These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards to process the payments securely.

    We have now removed the guilty fields from the forms and activated your account. Please refrain from adding such fields to your forms to avoid any further suspensions. You may now login to your account and manage your forms.

    Hi,
    I need a way to collect credit card information without actually processing the payment. I need to be able to refer back to it for additional deposits.
    What is the best way to go about that? Im the middleman in processing payments from clients to my travel suppliers.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect credit card numbers using JotForm. However, you may use one of the payment gateways to let the users authorize their credit card by following the guide below.

    You may charge the authorized credit cards later from the integrated payment gateway dashboard.
