Issues receiving the form on PDF

I having issues receiving my form on PDF. Once is submitted and I received on my email the PDF is disorganized. 

please I will appreciated any help.

I checked your account and you are using our new PDF Editor. The PDF Document from the screenshot you provided was created by our old PDF designer.

How many PDF reports you received via email had a wrong PDF Document? 

Please delete the Email Notification and create a new one to see if that will resolve the issue.
