Sending a mass text from Excel

How do I send a mass email to view submissions?

I have 1st, 2nd, 3rd time visitors so if I wanted to send an email do I have to copy and drag and then put into a email or is there a more effective way?

I'm sorry but I do not understand what do you want to send via email and to whom do you want to send the email to. Please explain in more details what exactly are you trying to achieve. Also, provide us a link of the form you are working on.

If you want to send the submitted data to your users once they submit the form, you can use an Autoresponder Email.

If you want to share the submissions page or Excel report, you can get a link of the submissions page or Excel report and sent it to your users, via email.
