Payment Email

    Hello!

    We would like to link our authorize.net account for a form to receive payment however our accounting team would like the email receipt to include the information provided within the payment fields including First, Last, Billing Address, last 4 of credit card. Will this option be available when we link them? or is only available in a report?

    Hi @StefaniK!

    Unfortunately, when you are using a payment integration the only information shown in your submissions is First and Last Name, Email Address, and Transaction ID. Due to our Terms of Use, we are not able to provide the Last 4 Digits of the Credit Card used. 

    As for the Billing Address, you can ask for this in a different field.
