How can I transfer ownership of a form?

    Hi, I recently made a couple of forms for a nonprofit on my personal account, but now that it's finished, I want to transfer the ownership of the forms to their account so they can use it and receive the submissions.

    I see you have 4 active forms in your account (impetuoussilence). Do you want us to transfer all the form to the account associated with the email address you indicated in your post? Otherwise, please let us know the title of the forms that you only need to transfer to another account.

    Just the two titled: "Adoption Application and Agreement" and "Owner
    Surrender"
