Getting Invalid Request - Invalid Email error on my PayPal Invoicing form

Hi,
My clients are having the following error come up when they try to complete my form, for some it works if they try again later, for others it doesn't.

INVALID_REQUEST

Details:

/invoicer/email_address INVALID EMAIL

 

Can you please advise what is causing this error? They have all checked emails addresses etc.

Additional information, I have had this form in the same format and worked for clients. I did just check submission log and noticed that I had a test or perhaps spam submission which I never received, and since then the form hasn't been working.

Can you please try to modify the question name for Email as shown below to remove the parenthesis "()" from the form field. Please try to use alphabets and spaces only without any special characters.
