Hello,
My forms is an order form for various items of clothing. Most clothing items I order on demand however I have some leftover COMPRESSION VESTS from last year in limited sizes/quantities but cannot figure out how to set the form up so I just sell the amounts I have in each size.
I have:
4 Small
2 Large
1 Medium
2 XL

Hi @SAISAinc,
If you mean you want the dropdown button to automatically provide the amount that corresponds to your current inventory/stocks on-hand, unfortunately, it is not possible.
You can only do it manually inside the Purchase Order integration:

Also, I can see that you have various size options for each vest. If you mean you want to specify the available amount for each SIZES, a possible workaround for that is to create each as separate products.
Let say VEST - Small ($50), Vest - Medium($60) and etc. Make each of them a separate product. In that way, you can set the quantity for each item.

Yes that is what I mean thanks
So if I do a separate option for each size and put the quantity at whatever stock I have that would work?

Yes, that should work.
Here's an example:
As you can see, I separate the Small vest from Medium vest so that I could define the quantity for each product.
