Good morning
I wondered if you could help me
I have an account which is paid for by myself under the following details but I cant get access and the person I used to have doing the developing no longer works for me
Jotform username
Jotform password
Can you confirm our account is up to date
The credit card used to pay is under my name Andrew Spafford and I think is paid automatically

That email address is associated with martinbond1 account. The account does not have a subscription so maybe you're referring to another account?
Let us know your other username or email if you have another account you created on jotform so we can check it.
Also, you can reset the account password so you can gain access again, please refer to the guide below.

The issue is the email address for Martin has been deactivated so I cant reset password
Can you advise when the last time someone from Serco accessed the system?

Can you confirm that payments are up to date?
So has anyone even loaded anything in the system since 2017 as I am sure changes have been made
I would like to make a copy of the database and create another subscription so we can us this is a development instance is this possible

Thank you for providing the form links.
The account you're referring to is SercoProcurement. Currently, payment or subscription for that account is up-to-date. If you have access to the account, you can check the subscription invoice on your end as well by following this guide: How-to-Check-Invoices
However, I can't open the invoice for the latest subscription so I will forward this to our backend team for further review. Once we have any information in this regard, you'll be posted here.Thank you!

If I want to copy the database for a separate instance and use this as a development tool (happy to pay for it) how do I do this?

Please note that transferring data to another account also means transferring the form. Can you please confirm if you're referring to that? -

Hello Andrew - Upon further checking, our billing team can't find the payment for your laast subscription. The SercoProcurement account was downgraded to FREE, please provide us the payment receipt or proof that you paid the purchase order (PO).

Hello Andrew,
The Silver Yearly plan will cost you $390/year. The transfer of forms is free. However, to do this, you need to log in to the SercoProcurement account to send us the request. We need this for verification and security purposes.
If you want to keep the forms on the same account, simply login to view/edit forms. If you forgot its password, you can reset it by following the steps in the below guide:

Hi Andrew,
Please note that the reset instructions will be sent to the email associated with the account. However, if the email is no longer existent, we can just change the email address so you could do the reset.
But in order to do that, please provide us a payment receipt or proof that you paid the purchase order (PO) for that account, at least the last payment made. We need it for verification and security purposes.
Or if you want, you can just clone the forms so you could have a copy of it. But the downside is, the URL will be different from that of the original forms. Here's a guide on How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL.
