Why are we unable to access resumes and cover letters from applicants?

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. The issue is caused because of the "Require log-in to view uploaded files." privacy you have enabled in your account. Please check the screenshot below:

    Please note that this setting requires you to be logged in to JotForm account to access any uploaded files. Please uncheck the "Require log-in to view uploaded files." privacy in your account setting page and that will solve the problem you are having.
