    Hi All

Currently trying to edit a PDF page for e-mail notification, but the form fields are slow, don't respond or disappear sometimes, in addition to this the PDF is defaulting back to the original on test form submissions so does not appear to be reading the changes either. This only started happening this morning and was fine yesterday.

I have provided an url to view the PDF, but it is also not loading at this time, is this related to the issue at all?

    Regards

    Joe

I tried the link on my end, and it did not load either:

However, the ID of the form seems to belong to a regular web form, not an imported fillable PDF form: https://form.jotformeu.com/92883156344363

May we know how you accessed that link? Was it through More > Create PDF Form?

    Example:

It is indeed not a fillable PDF, only a document, and also accessed via the e-mail notification settings tab as well. Yes that is the webform it is linked to.

    Hi Joe,

I was checking PDF templates of your form and they both seem to work correctly on my end.

Could you try clearing browser cache to see if that will make any difference?

If the issue will persist, could you please share some more information that would help us to replicate the problem?

Hi, Yes they display correctly, but I cannot download it, and when it is attached to an e-mail as part of a form submission it defaults back to a standard view. I have just noticed that the slow down is also occuring on other PDF Documents as well.

I tried clearing browser cache and still cannot view via a link either in addition to the above!
