A question about HIPAA security

We are interested in purchasing the Silver package in order to create and use HIPAA secure health records for our students. Currently I have been testing hipaa compliance of the system and creating a beta test health form, and have been experimenting with how the data is collected etc. So people have been sending in sample health records. I notice that I get an email with a copy of their record when they do send one in. I am no IT professional but our IT guy here has emphasized how email is not secure (as we all know from the news, it gets hacked all the time).

If we were to place that health form on your platform with the Silver package, what do you do to secure these records as they come in? I took a screen shot of an email I received as an example.

The fields can be protected on the HIPAA Compliant forms. Protected fields will be removed from the Email Alerts. You can check here how to use Notification and AutoResponder emails in HIPAA accounts:

Please note that forms and submitted data are securely stored on our servers. Please check our security page - https://www.jotform.com/security/
