Notification being sent to the wrong email address

    I have 2 forms setup with identical notifications.  1 form works just fine the other goes to my personal email address

    In your condition setting, please change the email address or delete the condition that is set to send email to

    To access your Condition setting, click Setup & Embed tab then click the Condition Icon and click the Save Conditions button.

    Replace the email address or delete the condition so it would not override the notification email you have created

    In your form email notification, I would advise filling up the Sender Name as making it empty could sometimes caused email notification to be not received.
