why is my account suspended ?

    Hi Shayne,

    As checked, your account has been suspended as this form: Canadian Independant Business Owner Agreement contains plain text fields that collect Credit Card information. It is considered as phishing and violates our Terms of Use.


    You agree that Jotform, Inc. may terminate your Jotform Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    You can use one of the Payment Integrations available with Jotform if you are to collect payments using your forms. Transactions with these integrations are secured instead of using plain text fields.

    Lastly, we can reactivate the account but we need to delete the infringing fields from your form. You must also agree with our Terms of Use.

    Ah ok.
    Sure you can delete the fields that are in violation
    So do you work with square payments ?
    And when can I reactivate my account

    I have deleted the infringing fields and reactivated the account. You may now log in to the account again.

    And yes, Square can be integrated with your forms. Please refer to this guide on How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Square.
