How to close kiosk mode?

    I downloaded the mobile app on my I-pad and then selected a form (which is a 6-question survey) to put in kiosk mode.  The form came up in kiosk mode and I am able to answer the questions, but there is no Submit button and I cannot see a way to submit the answers.  Nor can I close the survey and go back to the initial mobile app page - when I choose Jotform mobile app from my I-pad desktop, all I see is the survey form.

    I have checked your form and it seems you may have not added a submit button in your form.

    To close the KIOSK mode, kindly swipe down with your two fingers.

    This will show a button to close KIOSK mode.

    Then add your submit button.

    I tried this, but still cannot close the kiosk mode. On almost all attempts, the green "close kiosk mode" button did not appear when I swiped down with two fingers. It did appear very briefly on two attempts, but it only flashed on and then disappeared so fast that I didn't have time to touch it.

    Tested on my iPhone 7 IOS 13.1.2 and I am able to view the Kiosk mode button.

    May we know the iPad and IOS software version you're using?

    Can you please try to restart your iPad and let us know if the issue still remains?

    Hello Richie,
    Turns out my I-pad needed an IOS software update. Once the update was installed, I was able to close the form and add the submit button. It is working fine now. 🙂
