We have been using a form to accept video resume submissions through our website. We had not issues the last time we used it for this purpose, but now, we've received 2 or 3 calls from the candidates stating that they couldn't upload their video and it was "timing out".
I've suggested that the users make sure they're on wifi, and the video file does not exceed our limits. While I'm waiting to hear back from them, I just wanted to know if there's been any outages of service at JotForm that could've caused this to happen.
Also, the verification code to create a submission is *********. Feel free to put in submissions as a test.

I have searched, but we have not received similar reports. I have tested your form with a mp4 video file, and it worked fine:
The upload field appears to be allowing must of the video file types. Is there a specific file type and video size we should try?
