Account Suspended

My account was suspended for collecting socials but we're a school and we need that data. We won't be able to validate the student's certificates without that data.

You will have to do the following to avoid any possible suspensions in the future:

-Change your account email so it is a corporate one (not a free one),that shows your business domain rather than the public email address you currently show.

-Have a signature field in your form so your users can sign and acknowledge the sharing of such data:
