Form not submitting on the website where it is embedded

    hello

    I have a lot of applications and they all work but this one, so I know how to create the forms.

    I have a pet application form that I created that when I test it within jotform it seems to work fine, but when I test it on my website it doesnt go thru. also

    I dont want someone to have to fill out all the fields and none of them are set to required.

    and when I test it on your site it fills in all the fields

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Can you try re-embedding the form on your website, please? But this time, please use its Iframe Embed Codes instead — Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Please feel free to let us know if the issue persists after doing that.
