I believe you are trying to change the email address for your JotForm account. You can easily change that from account settings.
Go to MyAccount, and Profiles tab on the left-hand side. Select the Email field and tap on edit option to change it.
Once you change the email address you will receive a verification email on your new email address. Click on the verification link to verify your email address.
