Hi, for some reason the attachments added on the form are not appearing on Airtable in their respective fields. Note that that these attachments are appearing in Jotform's Inbox.

I checked your form and could see that you have set up the integration correctly on JotForm. But have you set up the attachment fields correctly on Airtable? The CV and Photo fields should be set up as "Attachment" field type in Airtable.
I cloned your form, integrated with Airtable and was able to receive the attachments in the Airtable account.
As mentioned above, please check the field type on Airtable and if all is fine, try to reintegrate the form with Airtable.
