Some days when I try to open my attachments from the form I have set up, they don't open. I can try again on a different day and it opens just fine!Page URL:

I have made a test submission, and my file was instantly uploaded. Can you please ask your previous form user to resubmit the file? The files can be corrupted during upload due to some problems from users side (unstable internet connection, browser issue, bad file or something else).
