URGENT! Still No Response from Jotform on Private question I sent on LOGIN PROBLEMS

    I sent one ticket early yesterday explaining the problems I've been having when logging in.

    It's been 48 hours that I cannot log into my account, though I know that the login information is correct.

    I always get the "Username or password did not match."


    And if I click on the Forgot Password link, when I enter my e-mail address or my user ID, it gives me the error message that "No user with this email address or username has been found."


    My account is active, so is my form, but I need to make changes on it ASAP, it is affecting my business.


    And I see that many other more recent support questions are being answered, and I am left unattended, it is very frustrating.


    I even got a "how was your first day of Jotform" email from "Emily" yesterday, though I did not sign up for any new account, to which I responded again with my login concerns, and still have not gotten an answer from anyone.


    Who do I need to e-mail in order to get help on my login issue?

    We are really sorry to hear that nobody has answered to you in 48 hours

    Can you please share with me the FormID or the form URL you have active so we can make a search and advice?

    I actually found an email sent by Emily like an hour ago. She also has replied with more information to help you to login to your account
