I just have a few general questions about my form.

I am a teacher and have created a form for an "open call to artists" for an event we are having at our school. I have never done this type of form before and was hoping i could chat with someone to discuss a few questions I have, and a few questions my Admin has on form. 

I have classes today, Thursday beginning at 11 am eastern time but would also be available to talk tomorrow after 10:45
