How do i integrate DocuSign in with jotform?

I see the video on YouTube but it is not helpful as it was filmed on an outdated jotform platform.

The issue im having is not with the integration itself.  Its on my form & authenticated.  But there is no option to embed or choose a form to use... There is also no form appearing.  So the website visitor would just see "enter you name" "enter your e-mail" "sign with docusign".  But have little clue as to what they were signing.  & it also wouldn't give the option to use docusigns tags.

Please help.

To clarify, do you want to change how you view the form with Docusign?

I would like my contract in Docusign to be signed within the jotform platform on our current registration.
The docusign is integrated and added to the form, but the contract itself does not show and is not able to be signed.

To clarify, do you want to show the contract inside your JotForm instead of redirecting your form respondents?

Do note that when your form respondents sign with DocuSign,

a page will show the documents that would be signed.

For my example, I have used "Modal" to display the signing process.
