    While signing up for Sandbox I am getting this error-

    The sandbox is experiencing technical difficulties. Please try to create a test account in a few minutes.

    I was able to reproduce the issue you have described when I tried creating an Authorize.Net Sandbox account.

    However, I'm afraid that the issue is with Autorize.Net and not with JotForm.
