    Hi JotForm,

My colleague has said that he was once able to input custom, merged data into a form that could then be confirmed.

I need to send a form to 200+ recipients with 40+ specific data points and allow the recipient to confirm or correct the data in a variety of fields (some text entry, some drop down, some check boxes.)

    Is this possible?

    Thanks!

Do you mean that you would like to prepopulate the data in the form for each user? If that is correct, you can use the Field Prepopulatorhttps://www.jotform.com/integrations/field-prepopulator

If you have the data in an Excel file, you can use the Spreadsheet to Form widget: https://www.jotform.com/help/442-How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget

Let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.
